Hi. I Am 54 Years Old Female. The Past Few

Hi. I am 54 years old female. The past few weeks I have been experiencing high anxiety. My right arm itches like crazy, to the point that I scratch it and small bumps come up and the either become blood blisters or the bleed. I feel like I could just scream much of the day. How do I get these feelings under control and the itch to stop?
