Hi, I Am 56 Years Old And Stopped My Period

Hi, I am 56 years old and stopped my period way back in 2009. It's been fairly good with the exception of hot flashes. Today I started with a gushing of a small amt of clear vaginal discharge with a tiny bit of lower pelvic discomfort. Should I be concerned? I had a pap done a month ago and all was fine.
