Hi I Am 56 Yrs Old Recently Got New Glasses

Hi I am 56 yrs old recently got new glasses and had an eye test with eye check and told eyes healthy. Over the last few weeks I've noticed my vision is slightly blurred in the morning until around mid day. When I am in bed in the early hours of the morning I wake but before I open my eyes I often experience lightning like flashes inside my eyes. These seem so bright I have to open my eyes to check nothing is alight in the room etc. Do I have a problem ?
