Hi, I am 57 yr old female, 5'10 1/2 and have had neck and back pain thru the years. I am currently -past 2 months - been have a feeling between my shoulders along my spine like that area is stoned up, as well as cracking in my lower neck. I do stretching for my back on a daily basis but the cracking in my neck has me concerned.
