Hi, I Am 58 Complete Non Smoker Thru My Life

Hi, I am 58 complete non smoker thru my life & work for a school district & was asked to take a TB test. I always take an xray for that purpose as I was inoculated as a child. My previous xrays have been clean but this time it showed some fluid in the left lung.
So I'm awaiting a radiologist result on it as the doctor did not pass my test calling it abnormal. I've been have dry cough for many months but nothing else. I have been taking melatonin with antihistamine for sleep aid for a while. But stopped the antihistamine since I noticed that caused me to cough during the daytime. So should I be worried? I have the picture of the xray to show my doctor. Don't know how to download it right now! Thanks
