Hi. I Am 59 Years (just Three Months Of Being

Hi. I am 59 years (just three months of being 60 years old) and in January 2013, I blacked out while driving and was diagnosed with epileptic seizures. I am currently on medication to control the seizures but have had more recent seizures and medication dosage has been increased. I have also been diagnosed with bipolar with manic depression since 2008 and am on medication for that condition as well as seeing a phychiatrist and a therapist. For several months now, I have had this "buzzing" sensation in my head. Back in August, this buzzing sensation was a two-day 24/7 condition and I blacked out again while driving. My medication was increased again. People especially my family think I am crazy when I say I have this buzzing sensation and can not focus and just have to close my eyes and lay my head down. I do see a Neurologist on a regularly basis but I'm just not clear on what this buzzing sensation is in my head. Do you have any information on why I'm getting these buzzing sensations even though I'm on medication for seizures? Thank you, Kathy
