Hi, I Am 60 And Had The Flu For One

Hi, I am 60 and had the flu for one week, very ill then improved but then after one week i relapsed and had monster head ache, chills, sweats, sleep a lot, nausea and loose bowls. My chest hurts I gurgle when I cough , do you think I could have a infection? I had pneumonia 2 years ago but I had the pneumonia shot. What do you think? Thank you for helping me.
