Hi I Am 60% Bald From The Top Of My

Hi I am 60% bald from the top of my head and using mintop Forte 5% since last 3 months and apply it once in the morning. I am applying iit once a day mostly in the morning. The results is almost invisvible because I can see very tiny roots of hair which can be seen very closely. These roots are not growing any more so what should I do so that I can get the good results.
