Hi. I Am 60 Years Old, Male, 16 Days Lumbar

Hi. I am 60 years old, male, 16 days lumbar post op and experiencing some anal bleeding in AM. Didn't want to fill the Colace script because I have always had a regimen wit Meta Mucil. However its not a softener issue or a fiber issue its more like when I "relax" (neither force nor hold back), hanging on to the side bars we put next to the toilet, it comes out so uncontrolled (quick), formed but loose as evident upon settling. What's my next step. Will quitting 10 year old Meta Mucil regimen and "discovering" the correct (1, 2 or 3 xD?) Colace dose be the next move or just be more careful on the job. Seems like I have my stool regulated on soft side but "relaxing" is causing stress on 8 week old laser removed internal /external hemorrhoids. I got a few things fixed up before lumbar decompression with fusion of L3-L5. Had Neurogenic Claudication with Spondylethesis of L4-L5. Fused by instrumentation only, all disks trimmed but intact. I want one free answer. If its satisfying I might think about paying.
