Hi , I am 60 yo female with RA, Lupus, 5 days ago I helped my daughter move... 1.5 flights of stairs... I just went up and down the stairs not carrying very much at all. Now I have increasing acute severe hip pain when I try to walk and weight bear.. pain radiates around from hip to groin around and down to my knee. Using alleve, heat and Ice. Much worse each day...? Thank you
