Hi, I Am 61 Female And Have Had A Right

Hi, I am 61 female and have had a right thumb twitch for several years just in the last few months I have more like tremors in both hands and unusual crippled looking painful cramps in fingers of both hands. I also have headaches in my forehead and eyebrow area and a post nasal drip. I asked my doctor and she recommended I see a neurologist but I can't get an appointment with him for two months. Should I push for sooner or see anyone else who is available sooner? Thank you
