Hi, I Am 62, I Just Measured My Blood Pressure

Hi, I am 62, I just measured my blood pressure at a supermarket, which was 108/39. Before a couple of weeks ago, it had always been within the range of 100/64 to 120/70. A couple of weeks ago, I also found out by self-test that I may be pre-diabetic...my glucose is high only in the morning before breakfast and before going to bed...during the day, it had always been normal within the range.

Why? Am I terribly sick? I feel health, except lately my stomach has not been the most comfortable because I stopped eating anything sweet and cut down carbohydrates.

Thank you so much.
