Hi I Am 64 Years Of Age And 3 Months

Hi
I am 64 years of age and 3 months ago my Dr put me on Coversyl 5mg as my readings started coming around 145 / 85 Most of these readings where taken in the afternoon by my Dr but when I took them at home in the mornings they where around 125 - 130 / 80. For the past 30 years I have done a lot of cycling (180klms or 120miles a week min ) Last week when going for s ride I got very dizzy and had to turn around after about 5 miles I than stopped taking the tables as they have all ways made me feel tired and can not get my heart rate up when racing. 3 days ago I was really bad as I was very dizzy nd sick in the stomach all day the next 2 days I was all right and only felt a little tired. To day it was the same as 3 days ago NOT GOOD where one min I would feel bad than feel better the next min. I am booked in to see a cardiologist in 5 days time.
Is it all right for the time being not to take Coversyl till I see the specialist and do you have any idea why this has happened to me as I feel have some sort of a virus or male menopause.

Thanks
