Hi I Am 65 Yr Old Female I Have Hypertension

Hi I am 65 yr old female I have hypertension under control and a great ago was told I am borderline diabetic. I have been having my blood sugar at 89-110. Recently both my hands itch me terribly and that question is why? I also have arthritis. The itching is driving me insane what can I do? Help
