Hi, I Am 68 Years Old, Diabetic (Type 2, Oral

Hi, I am 68 years old, diabetic (Type 2, oral medication), have COPD (have never smoked), severe arthritis and a multitude of other ailments. My concern now is a constant gurgling in my intestines. Sometimes I have uncontrolled diarrhea, but this is not a frequent problem. Regardless, the loud gurgling continues. If I drink a lot of liquid, or if I drink hardly anything doesn't seem to make any difference. I take fiber and probiotics - nothing. Do you have any idea what I can do?
