Hi I Am 68 Years Old Lady, & Have Just

Hi I am 68 years old lady, & have just been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, I am taking Cocodamol for the pain, & also rub gel on my joints for the pain. But I keep going really hot, and feel very weak. When I wake in the morning, I am especially very week and shaky. I keep feeling like this through the day. This is making me feel frustated as I carnt get on with every day life.
