Hi, I Am 6wks 2days Pregnant And Had An Ultrasound

Hi, I am 6wks 2days pregnant and had an ultrasound scan yesterday. The gestational sac was found to be positioned low in the womb. the cervix was closed, there was a good heart beat. I have had some minor spotting across a 24hr period which has stopped. The can showed only 1 minor (5mm) area that was bleeding but nowhere near the gestational sac. should I be worried or is there anything I should do or should just await the follow up scan in 1 week?
