Hi.. I Am 7 -8 Weeks Pregnant. Doctor Has Asked

Hi.. I am 7 -8 weeks pregnant. Doctor has asked to take Doxinate and FOL123 tablets along with Thyronym for a month.

I eat doxinate and Thyronym empty stomach (before breakfast) and FOL123 after breakfast. I still puke whatever I eat and early morning its some pinkish water which comes (not sure is it because of FOL123).

Please suggest how should I go about it!
