Hi I Am 7 Weeks 1 Day Pregnant With My

Hi I am 7 weeks 1 day pregnant with my second child I had One miscarriage before but i'm unsure of how far along I was because I didn't know I was Pregnant, but anyways last week on Oct 20 I went to the restroom and when i wiped there was a peach colored discharge on the toilet paper, I had intercourse last night now today I have a dull ache at the top of my stomach right under my breast and the same peach discharge should I be concerned about possible miscarriage ?
