Hi, I Am 8 Weeks Pregnant And On The Day

Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant and on the day i went for ultrasound I found some bleeding. Since last 4 days there is little bit bleeding continuously. I v consulted with my doctor and she has prescribed me to have 3 injections sustain sr, trapic and mainfain. And 4 duphaston tab at once and from the next day 2 tabs of trapic mf,two duphaston and one sustain sr tab. At present although the situation is ok but i m worried if these medicines have any side effects on the baby.
