Hi, I Am 8 Weeks Pregnant And Yesterday I Started

Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant and yesterday I started bleeding, when rushed to the doctor she checked internally and suggested to go for ultrasound. Ultra sound has come normal and the baby seems to be fine and there was heart beat as well. The radiologist told that there is a small hole in the cervix. Now my gynaecologist has prescribed my Duphaston for 7 days and complete bed rest. Though I am unsure of why it happened and is everything gonna be alright. Kindly suggest if I should take a second opinion.
