Hi, I Am Adedoyin. I've Been Having This Feverish Feeling

Hi, I am Adedoyin. I've been having this feverish feeling in afternoon for a while even though I had been treated for malaria twice and typhoid fever too twice. I feel better in the mornings but starts having this feverish feelings with no raise in body temperature mostly in the evening. Kindly help out
