I have mouth ulcers all my life lately they have gotten bad and now I have a small spots of alopecia areata. One spot on my head and two on my chin.
I am going in to the dermatologist on Monday to find out more but before I do I want to know what questions to ask and what to expect.
One thought I had is I changed my diet to reduce red meat about 6 months ago. is there a dietary defiencey?
