Hi, I Am Fahim, 47 Year Old Male Using Eptoin

Hi, I am Fahim, 47 year old male using eptoin 250 mg per day since 31 years. My ct scan and eeg were normal when checked at initial stage. 2 times, tapering of dosage started when seizure free for more than 5 years but again faced seizure. Last seizure during 2017. Now my physician ask me to connect with nurologist so that dose can be taper or new modern medicene can be used. I dont have any fix nurologist who can understand my history and i have a fear not to invite seizure again if nurologist again advise taper. since last year i am having tinnitus and recently Hypothyroid since last week. Is it becuse of eptoin prolog usage ? I check eptoin level every year and it is within limit. Is it necessary to consult nurologist ?
