Hi I am Nikitha. I am a patient of pappilary thyoid cancer and I am just 18 yrs old. I have undergone total thyroidectomy and some parts of my left lymphnodes of my neck were also removed. But after the surgery they found out that it had also been spread to right lymphnodes. So i have undergone iodine therapy and now its been 5 months. They called me for a followup after 6 months that is next month. They have advised me to stop my thyronorm medication of 150 mg for one month. Can you please tell me the effects of not taking the med?I think nowadays I am feeling more tired. Will I gain weight due to this break from medicine intake?
