Hi I Am Prem Kumar Sharma Having Age Of 33

Hi I am Prem Kumar Sharma having age of 33 years. I have taking alcohal since last 15 years. in last month there was a huge swalleing in my left leg. I consult a local doctor but there was no releif at all. Later i met with a gastrenologist and he has given Lanazep and asked me to chew one tablet when i want to take liquor. Is it ok or i have to do some thing else.
Also would like to update you that the higher side of SGPT or SOPT was 72 which should be 40.

Please suggest.
