Hi, I Am Rafaqat Hussain Age : 28 Years Height

Hi, I am Rafaqat Hussain
age : 28 years
height : 5.7
weight : 52 kg

Problems:

1- Frequent Urination
2- Depression + anxiety
3- Not gaining weight despite good appetite and good eating

I had goiter but with one medication from a doctor It reduced but still not removed completely.

I undergone through a thyroid test which reports as follow:
T3 : 99.8 ng/dL
T4 : 8.41 µg/dL
TSH : 0.32 µIU/mL

I undergone through Tyroid Scan too which reports as follows:

Findings:
The scan shows asymmetrically enlarged thyroid , right lobe more than left, having non-homogeneous radiotracer uptake.
An area having relatively increased tracer uptake is noted in right lobe corresponding with the clinically palpable nodule.

Opinion:
Goiter with a functioning nodule-right

Advice :
Correlation with thyroid function tests

I consulted both above reports with doctor but he said it is not any serious problem so no need for medication. But I suspect same(thyroid) is problem with me.

Please note that I have undergone through kidney + bladder tests which are all right.

Now Please guide me if I need medication for thyroid issue or not. Or their is any other problem with me.

Thanks a lot.
