Hi. I am Sangeeta from Hyderbad. I hv developed hoarse throat and pain in the neck region recently
i don't have runny nose or fever but sore throat with dry nasal mucous
I hv got x rays and ct scan and pft done last month and had taken medication and spray
There is no improvement only the cold subsided. Now I have a very coarse voice and can't evwn speak properly. The dic had said then that I had to provide complete rest to my voice as the vocal cords were vwry much stressed. Please help. I hv taken cough syrups and pain killers(hyphenac) rwcently
