Hi, I Am Sanjeeb, I Am Facing Gastric Problem From

Hi,

I am Sanjeeb, I am facing gastric problem from last couple of week. Sometimes I feel pain on my lower stomach. I am a non smoker and non drinker and like to take the meal in proper time. Also I dont like to eat oily food. Please provide some suggestion.
