Hi, I am Veena from India. I am pregnant with 3 months. In three days there is a solar eclipse (from 3 AM to 7 AM). I have been told by parents and relatives that I should not go outside, cook (using knife) or eat. I understand UV rays is harmful but is it true that I should not cook or eat? Thank you.
