Hi I Am A 17 Year Old Female. I Feel

Hi I am a 17 year old female. I feel like I have a bigger anger problem ( not bipolar). I have explosive outbursts to the smallest things ever . I cuss and yell and hit myself and hurt someone I love ( emotionally ) by how mean I am. And that isn't me . I don't notice it until awhile after words . I feel like I'm insane or crazy.
