Hi I Am A 17 Year Old Healthy Female But

Hi I am a 17 year old healthy female but I have been having a lot of pain in my right lung. It feels like something is poking into it hard. It hurts all the time but especially when I take deep breaths, bend over, or give someone a hug. It has been pretty constant for several days.
