Hi I Am A 17 Year Old Male And I

Hi I am a 17 year old male and I think I have clogged glands on my foreskin. Up until I was around 14-15 I had tight foreskin and never really knew about washing down their properly, gradually I stretched my foreskin the head was sensitive at first but not so much anymore. That's when I noticed these white dots which I could best describe as whiteheads on the inside of my foreskin, they don't wash a way and I cannot pop them no matter how much pressure is applied, it's really having an affect on my life like a lot more than it should I just haven't felt myself lately because of this. I showed a doctor around 6 month ago and he said they will go away by themselves just keep washing daily they haven't budged at all, they are really easily visible when erect I have been stretching hoping eventually they won't be visible at all but I'm not too hopeful, is there anything at all you could recommend to help me resolve this issue? Any advice would be appreciated greatly
