Hi. I am a 19 ur old male. I have a hard lump on my but cheek(under the skin) near my crack.it's fairly big and oval shape. I just noticed it today. It isn't really painful but a little sensitive. I am concerned. Please tell me what this is and if there are any home remedies what might they be. I can't afford to go to the doctor.
