Hi, I am a 19 year old boy, in a relationship for the past 5 years. Recently I noticed my genitals started to sting/burn a little when I urinate. Often it would happened then often it would just go away and come back another time, when it does happen my urine can be dark and smelly. I had sexual relations with another girl 10 months ago but wore a condom but not for oral. Now I also drink quite the amount of energy drinks etc.. Change diets quite often and I play sport a lot out in the cold in barely any clothing either so could it be a kidney infection?
