Hi I Am A 19 Year Old Female I Have

Hi I am a 19 year old female I have lower abdominal pain that comes and goes on my left side it's a sharp pain that will cause me to almost fall to the ground in pain I have had this for 2-3 years now I am very tired all the time and have no energy to do anything but lay in bed I have also stopped eating as much as I normally do.. what should I do?
