Hi, I Am A 19 Year Old Female And I

Hi, I am a 19 year old female and I have taken over 5 pregnancy tests and they all instantly, clearly say negative. I started taking test when I missed my period one month. I took the tests days/weeks apart. I started the pill around four months ago and my period two months ago was really light and now I think the pill has just stopped my period. The pill that I take doesn't come with a week of placebo pills so what I'm taking is legitimately the pill and I take it continuously at the same time, if not within an hour of when I took it the day before, everyday. Did the pill just make my period stop?
