Hi, I Am A 19y/o Male, Sexually Active, Always Use

Hi, I am a 19y/o male, sexually active, always use protection. Recently I have noticed I have become very itchy all over my body especially arms, thighs, buttocks areas. I have one large pimple type growth on the tip of my penis which does not itch and one significantly smaller pimple like growth on the shaft of my penis. I was wondering if there was a relation between these two symptoms and what the they symptoms might mean in regards to my health.
