Hi I am a 20 year old female. I took my tampon out today after 4 hours and I instantly started to feel ill. Nausea, difficulty breathing (heavy chest) , twinging pains in my lower back, diarrhoea, aching joints and muscles, a huge headache, have sensitive skin on my neck, may be a rash. I'm worried I have tss but I have no fever yet. Should I go to the hospital?
