Hi. I Am A 20 Year Old Female And I

Hi. I am a 20 year old female and I am in great health. I have been having intense pain under my right shoulder blade for 2 days now. It is constantly uncomfortable and shoots pain down my arm and up my neck. I don't think I did anything specific or that there was an trauma that occurred. I really do have a high pain tolerance so this isn't like some minor thing. I wouldn't be here if it were something I could just pop some Advil and be fine. I need to know if I should go to the chiropractor or if there is something I can do to fix the problem. Thank you so much!
