Hi, I am a 21 year old female, 97 lbs, 5' 2". I am prescribed adderall 30 mg XR and have been on it since mid january. Today I took my 30 mg xr capsule at about 3 pm, and a half of a capsule at 10 pm. I am experiencing left arm pain and a heaviness in my left arm too - kinda numb - and it seems like my neck is slightly swollen with a pain as well, my nail beds are completely white. My chest on my left side was hurting too and there were these pains that shot through, what it felt like, my veins/arteries on the left side of my neck. My heart isnt racing really crazy but it is pounding. More than anything, the arm pain and neck stuff scare me. Is this a sign of a developing heart disease? Or a heart attack? this isnt the first time this has happened while i take adderall..
