Hi, I am a 22 year-old circumcised male. I have developed friction burn on my glans from unproteced sex with my girlfriend of 3 years. There are painless, non-itchy red areas which heal poorly then flake off. There is no bleeding or discharge. There was no problem for the first 2 years. We have both been tested -ve for STIs. I was given fucibet 30g which helped the problem initially (used for 2 weeks). I am scared of using steroids on my penis for a long time. Can I use anything else to help the problem or can I use the steroid cream for longer?
