Hi I am a 22 year old female. I smoke cigarettes and weed. I recently started smoking "poppers" (piece of cigarette in a bong piece with weed on top) ive been coughing alot with phlegm I often wake up in the middle of the night with a hard time breathing. Ive gone to the emergency says my oxygen levels are fine. I find it gard to breath sometimes
