Hi, I am a 22 year old male. I had a tonsilectomy about 12 days ago, and after about 7 days I had to go to the hospital because I was bleeding. They pulled a couple of blood clots out and let the bleeding stop on its own, but i did end up swallowing alot of blood. About 3 days ago, I saw a noticeable amount of mucus in my stool. Now, I'm noticing mucus and bright red blood. Should I go to an emergency room? Or is this something that should pass? Pleased Help!
