Hi, I Am A 22 Years Old, 1.6m Tall ,weigh

Hi, I am a 22 years old, 1.6m tall ,weigh 50kg and am a vegetarian. For the past month I have been under alot of stress relating to my exams and had alot of trouble falling asleep and took mild over the counter medication to help me calm down before my papers. My exams ended 2 weeks ago and the day after my exams ended my period came early. 2 days after my period ended I got what I thought was a slightly painful pimple above my upper lip and below my nose . The next day it became very painful and my lip and nose swelled up. The day after that(which was one week ago exactly) my doctor who said I had a facial abscess( I've never had an abscess before)and gave me floxacillin to take 4 times daily. Two days ago the abscess drained out by itself and now the area where the abscess was is completely closed, there is a scab formed and there is no pain. However I noticed that the scab formed is on an elevated bump where the abscess was. I'm afraid this bump might be on my face permanently. Will this bump be on my face permanently? If yes what options are available to get rid of it?
