Hi, I am a 22 years old woman from india. I started working on night shifts recently which starts at 7:30 p.m and ends at 6 a.m . I just want some suggestions and advices on my diet and sleep pattern in detail so that i can regularize it to combat the disadvantages of working in shifts. I am expecting a chart which clearly tells the diet and sleep timings i should follow. kindly help me with the same.
