Hi, I Am A 23 Year Old Male. I Lift

Hi,

I am a 23 year old Male. I lift weights regularly, 2 weeks ago I was doing squats and strained my right hip flex. I felt it right away and stopped.

I figured it was just a strain and I haven't done squats since, but I can still feel the pinching feeling when I lift my knee upwards and outwards.

Feeling around my right hip flexor I can feel a small hard ball. It doesn't hurt unless I put considerable pressure on it or if I stretch my groin out.

Doing some research i'm seeing Hernia or swollen Lymph node. I have also been told it could be a knot
Lyph node: I haven't been sick for a long time and the lump feels deep as though there is no way it could cause break in the skin
Hernia: It doesn't hurt unless lots of pressure is put on it and I don't know it's there unless I feel around for it

Any clue what it is?

Thanks
Adam
