Hi. I Am A 23 Year Old Female With Iron

Hi. I am a 23 year old female with iron deficiency anemia. My ferritin is 6. I can't swallow pills (childhood trauma of choking) and I can't tolerate liquid iron. I have gotten IV venofer in the past but had to stop because I developed anaphylaxis to it. For the past week whenever I would try. to eat food I would feel sick (I would feel like I'm fading out and about to faint and my heart would drop, I felt like I might be having a heart attack, I would get so scared I would start crying) This would last a good few hours. Today I was lying down and I actually felt my heart beat two times fast. I actually felt something in my chest. I am starting to get really worried.
