Hi I Am A 23 Year Old Female With These

Hi I am a 23 year old female with these wired pains. My period has been on for 2 days no and the pain is getting worse. im experiencing bad back pains to were i can not move, im feeling nausea , and these bad cramps around my tummy with diarrhea. whats wrong with me i have never experiencing this before? could i be pregnant with my period on? help me please
