Hi, I am a 23 year old male. Three days ago In Amsterdam, I had protected oral and penetrative sex with a sex worker. The condom did not split, I was careful when removing it and washed my hands thoroughly afterwards.

The following morning I felt a burning sensation in my scrotum along with it being really red and a little bit itchy. This hasn't changed at all over the last three days.

The clinic said it is too early to bother with tests but I've convinced myself it's an STD!!? What's your opinion
